Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, bad weather or for remote areas.

Order confirmation

Before we dispatch your order, our team may call you to confirm your order and delivery address. Please keep your phone reachable so your parcel isn’t delayed.

Payment and delivery charges

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives. Any delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you confirm it.

Tracking your order

You can check your order status on our Track Your Order page using your order number.

Changing your address

Need to change your delivery address? Call us on 0333-6568507 as soon as possible. We can only update the address before your order is dispatched.

When your parcel arrives

Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us right away and see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
