Products and information

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Packaging, colours and shades can vary slightly from the images, and manufacturers sometimes update packaging or formulas. Always read the label on the product you receive, including the ingredient list, before use.

Prices and availability

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. If we find a pricing error on your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue or cancel.

Orders

After you place an order, we may call you to confirm it. We may cancel an order if we can’t confirm it with you, if an item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we’ll let you know.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Please pay the full order amount to the courier when your parcel is delivered.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Using products safely

Follow the directions and warnings on each product. We recommend a patch test before using a new product. Stop using a product if irritation occurs, and speak to a doctor or dermatologist if you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any concerns.

Our responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for reactions caused by misuse of a product, or for indirect losses arising from use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law.

Trademarks and content

Brand names, logos and product names shown on this website belong to their respective owners. Website content created by us, such as text and design, may not be copied without our permission.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to orders placed after the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
